CADENCEFEST Livestream!
We're really excited to announce that CADENCEFEST will have a fully produced livestream, so you can join in the fun from anywhere! The livestream will start promptly on July 5, 2026, at 3:00pm HST. We'd really recommend setting it up on your TV so you can have the full experience!
As you know, Cadencefest is a music festival (our very first!), but also a fundraiser for an incredible organization - the Waikīkī Community Center. From their website:
Since 1978, Waikīkī Community Center, a private 501©(3) nonprofit, has been serving keiki, kūpuna, and our community. Through accessible programs, shared spaces, and essential support, we bring people together—fostering connection, lifelong learning, and a stronger, more resilient community.
We are good friends with the leaders of the WCC, and as a band that started out street performing on the sidewalks of Waikīkī, we couldn't be prouder to support an organization that's growing and uniting that community as the WCC does. Just a reminder that if we reach $10,000 in donations (we are giving 100% of funds received to the WCC), Streetlight Cadence (that's us) will begin our set by eating habaneros. It will be hilarious.
Also...super stoked to reveal that the one and only JESSE SHIROMA, our former accordion player, will be joining us for our set! Can you imagine us playing "I Like You" while our mouths are on fire?! Even more reason to support the cause!
